Why "mobile first" was important to Hallmark

As part of Hallmark International’s efforts to modernize and standardize their IT across all international operations, their next sales suite needed to be a true mobile-first solution, configurable to support the different workflows of their various operations – and one with proven field success for enterprises.

It also needed to include the main features of a mobile first sales app:

  • Mobile CRM - providing relevant customer and product information in the field so agents are more productive and informed while engaging their customers onsite
  • Mobile sales ordering– presenting Hallmark's product lines via an e-catalog, taking orders and transmitting them directly to Hallmark's ERP
  • Mobile merchandizing – performing in-store merchandising activities, such as replenishment, shelf-display audits, and performing customer satisfaction surveys
  • BYOD – regional operations are able to choose which device their field agents use
