We’re seeing a sharp increase in users taking out licenses for Pepperi once their two-week free trial has ended.  What happens is they see how great the e-catalog is, how much easier it is to take orders and the amount of time they save on searching and administrative tasks – all leading to more and bigger orders.

On top of that, people are realizing the advantages of SaaS-based solutions.  There is no up-front heavy investment involved. Total cost of ownership works out to be much less expensive than an on-premise solution, especially for SMEs.

With a SaaS solution, you don’t have the logistical and administrative costs (and headaches) associated with:

•             Initial HW, including setup

•             Backup, redundant hardware and software

•             Peripheral SW such as the OS, IIS

•             Security SW cost

•             Direct upgrade required from time to time

•             Ongoing overhead (space, electricity)

•             IT staff/consultants cost to maintain and perform all of the above

•             Management time lost in taking care of the above

•             Interruptions to your organization every time you need to perform an upgrade

Here’s a typical scenario: A WRNTY customer signs up for three user licenses (two sales reps, one manager) for 60 days at a total price of approximately $300.  If the app leads to just $5 more a day in sales than before, that $300 is already recouped.

Obviously, Pepperi is bringing our users a lot more than $5 a day. In fact, most of them report  20-30 percent more sales.  Just take a look at some of our success stories, like Robin Ruth and Anne et Valentin.

Talk about fast ROI (return on investment).

Not only that.  The continuous feedback that we get from thousands of users enables us to constantly add new features and release new versions.  The app just keeps getting better and better.
